From August 15th to 18th, 2013, the City of Toronto witnessed the first edition of the African Fashion Week Toronto (AFWT) which brought together designers, vendors and fashionistas -mostly from African or/and Caribbean origin- to celebrate Africa's diversity and creativity.
Despite a few hiccups, the event was overall positive. Legendary Gold Ltd was there to capture those unforgettable moments of fashion for you.

The opening cocktail:
Nice venue where guests were entertained with a live band from Botswana and nice cakes by "Chez Fran Desserts"!
The exhibition area and participating vendors: Bags, Jewelries, drinks, cookware, hair and skin products, etc... (stay tuned for more detailed posts on some of the vendors/designers)
